  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details (e.g., spelling, size, layout).
  • Once approved, no further changes can be made.

  • Custom orders may take an additional 7 business days to process and produce.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the request.
  1. Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin custom work.
  • Full payment must be made before production/shipping.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Customised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue.

  • By submitting a design, the customer affirms they have the right to use any logos, images, or text provided.
